How skills work
A skill is a folder containing a SKILL.md file with YAML frontmatter. We scan for structure compliance and surface trusted install commands.
Install methods
- skills.sh CLI: npx skills add owner/repo
- Claude marketplace: add marketplace then install plugin
- Manual: clone repo and copy the skill folder
Trusted score
Trust scores combine popularity, recency, structure validation, and safety signals. Risk scans are heuristic and not a guarantee of safety.
